Dabei sollte die inhaltliche Zusammenarbeit mit den handelnden Personen in den Landkreisen, insbesondere durch Vor-Ort-Pr\u00e4senz im daf\u00fcr notwendigen Umfang, sichergestellt werden. Die Landkreise wurden bei der Bewertung und Umsetzung ihrer digitalen L\u00f6sungen sowie bei der Gestaltung von Prozessen der B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung, Kompetenzvermittlung und Strategieumsetzung beraten. Ebenfalls wurden die Landkreise bei der Erstellung, Fortschreibung und Umsetzung einer geeigneten Digitalisierungsstrategie unterst\u00fctzt. Hierbei wurden Strategien und Zielen von Landkreisebene auf die einzelnen Kommunen und kleineren Verwaltungsstrukturen im Landkreis heruntergebrochen.<\/p>\n<p>Des Weiteren unterst\u00fctzte die <b>Prozessbegleitung<\/b> die Landkreise bei der Bewertung von Technologiel\u00f6sungen und der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen, der Aufbereitung von Best Practices sowie dem Transfer der im Begleitungsprozess gewonnenen Erkenntnisse. Dadurch sollte das erforderliche Wissen an die regionalen Akteure mit dem Ziel einer nachhaltigen Verankerung der Digitalisierungsbestrebungen in den Landkreisen \u00fcbertragen werden. Es sollten geeignete Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Digitalisierung der Kommunikation in den Landkreisen bereitgestellt werden, sodass ein B\u00fcrgerbeteiligungsprozess angesto\u00dfen und moderiert wurde. <span style=\"color: var(--body_typography-color);font-family: var(--body_typography-font-family);font-size: var(--body_typography-font-size);font-style: var(--body_typography-font-style,normal);font-weight: var(--body_typography-font-weight);letter-spacing: var(--body_typography-letter-spacing)\">Die Landkreise erhielten ebenfalls ein kontinuierliches Coaching \u00fcber ggf. neu eingef\u00fchrte Rollen (z. B. Chief Digital Officer, Projektleiter f\u00fcr Digitalisierungsprojekte etc.). Die Aufnahme und Weiterleitung geeigneter Ideen f\u00fcr m\u00f6gliche Anwendungen (Dienste) und die Dokumentation in Dienststeckbriefen und einem ausf\u00fchrlichen Konzept (Anforderungsspezifikation) wurde ebenfalls durch die Prozessbegleitung koordiniert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Im Video stellen wir euch die Zusammenarbeit mit der Prozessbegleitung vor und zeigen, welche
